Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered. However, we understand that issues can arise.
Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if: the product was not delivered within 24 hours, the product code is invalid or already redeemed (not by you), or there was a technical error on our end resulting in incorrect delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if: you entered incorrect game/account details, the product has already been used or redeemed, you simply changed your mind after delivery, or the issue is with the game/platform and not our service.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and details of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
